Shipping

Our standard shipping process includes a 1-2 business day processing time, followed by a 2-4 business day transit time. You can expect to receive your order within this combined window.

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can also check the status by logging into your account.

Currently, we do not offer express shipping, but we are actively working to add this option in the future.

Order Changes

Answer questions about the order changes, such as address, multiple receivers, etc.

Once your order has been placed, it is sent almost immediately for processing. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours to request a cancellation or modification.

If the order has already been shipped, we'll be happy to help you with a return once you receive the package.

Delivery Issues

Answer questions about the delivery issues, such as miss delivery, wrong tracking number, etc.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, here are a few things to check:

  • Check with neighbors or roommates. A neighbor may have accepted the package for you.
  • Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure it was shipped to the correct location.
  • Wait a little longer. The carrier may have marked the package as delivered in advance, and it could still be on its way.

If you have checked these things and your package still hasn’t shown up after 3 days, please contact us directly.

Product

Answer questions about the product, such as its size or color, in a timely manner.

You'll find a detailed Size Guide on each product page with garment and body measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If you're still unsure, our team is happy to help!

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the exact color you see will depend on your device and its settings, so we can't guarantee a perfect match.

If the size you ordered doesn't fit, don't worry—we're here to help. We happily accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is VVC's top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

For your return to be processed smoothly, please ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so our team can assist you with a replacement or a refund.
